We are different to other gyms due to our affordable fees, but what really makes us different is that we create an environment where a various group of people can feel welcome, loved and accepted. All groups are so close, that we end up motivating each other and we also create very strong friendships. I'm proud to say that Sweat.Smile has brought me many life-long friendships and they're there when you hit your lows, ready to help you up and run that last mile. We are not just a fitness group, we sincerely care about each other.

With almost seven years of experience in the fitness industry, I believe in creating healthy habits for success instead of relying on fad diets or quick fixes. My motto is "Move to feel good", which encompasses my belief to use exercise to support mental and physical health.

Hi There I am Paige 

I am a Pilates instructor, and dancer. I started off with dance when I was 10 years old and have continued to pursue a career in dance. I discovered Pilates through dance as they blend very well together. 


Pilates is a great full body workout. With the principals of Pilates being, Alignment, control, breath, precision and flow it is a great mind and body class, using both the mind and body to move in ways that are familiar to create ease in every day movement. 


Pilates is perfect for correcting postural imbalances resulting in correct alignment. In my classes I will focus on all levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. preventing injuries is very important to me, technique will be taught and results will be felt.

Hi, I am Satara - Yoga Teacher (250hr RYT) at Sweat.Smile. 


I am committed to guiding individuals on their transformative journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being no matter whether you are a beginner seeking a solid foundation or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice.

At the heart of my teaching is the belief that Yoga is a holistic practice that extends beyond physical postures. I enjoy incorporating Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness techniques into classes, encouraging students to cultivate self-awareness, reduce stress, and find balance amidst the demands of modern life.

In 2023 I joined Sweat.Smile, a space of community where every class is filled with so much shared joy and care for one another. Creating a safe and inclusive environment where students can explore their bodies, calm their minds, and connect with their inner selves will be a priority in every class you join. Fitness, Step Aerobics & Soccer Coach

As a dedicated *Step and Aerobics Coach*, I lead dynamic group fitness sessions designed to elevate cardiovascular endurance, improve coordination, and enhance overall fitness. Every Monday morning, as well as Monday and Wednesday evenings, I guide clients through high-energy step aerobics classes that combine rhythm, movement, and intensity, creating an engaging workout experience that caters to all fitness levels. My focus is on delivering well-structured, results-driven sessions that help participants achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.


In addition to my work in aerobics, I am passionate about developing young athletes as a *SoccerFit Coach*. I teach the fundamentals of soccer, emphasizing discipline, technique, and physical development. My program is designed to build confidence and improve essential skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and tactical awareness. Through targeted exercises in mobility, agility, fitness, and breathing techniques, I help young soccer players enhance their performance, preparing them for success both on and off the field. My goal is to shape the next generation of soccer champs with a strong foundation in the sport and a disciplined mindset.
