We are different to other gyms due to our affordable fees, but what really makes us different is that we create an environment where a various group of people can feel welcome, loved and accepted. All groups are so close, that we end up motivating each other and we also create very strong friendships. I'm proud to say that Sweat.Smile has brought me many life-long friendships and they're there when you hit your lows, ready to help you up and run that last mile. We are not just a fitness group, we sincerely care about each other.

I am a personal trainer, Yoga teacher and NLP Mindset coach dedicated to helping people create well-being and strength to support their lifestyle. With almost seven years of experience in the fitness industry, I believe in creating healthy habits for success instead of relying on fad diets or quick fixes. My motto is "Move to feel good", which encompasses my belief to use exercise to support mental and physical health.

As a fitness coach, I am dedicated towards creating fun, yet challenging, full body exercise programmes which will leave you feeling better and stronger.
While everyone is on their own fitness journey, there is nothing preventing us from developing the mobility and strength to go through life pain-free, as well as the endurance to do so time and again. My goal is to provide you with the guidance and motivation needed to help you become a better version of yourself and create a group experience where everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Hello, I’m Tashanna.
Movement has always been a big part of my life. With a background in dance, musical theatre, and drama, I discovered Pilates as a way to build strength, improve mobility, and stay connected to my body.
Now, as a certified Pilates instructor, I’m passionate about helping others feel strong, aligned, and empowered through mindful movement. My classes are welcoming to all levels, with a focus on control, technique, and long-term body awareness.

Firdaus is a qualified Biokineticist and passionate Pilates instructor who believes in the power of mindful movement to restore, strengthen and uplift both body and mind. With a background in rehabilitation and functional training, she brings a thoughtful, balanced approach to every class by helping clients move with intention, confidence and care.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her exploring hiking trails, chasing sunsets, or enjoying a good cup of coffee or matcha. Firdaus is all about connection, kindness and cultivating strength from the inside out.

I've been practcing yoga for over twenty years. It’s the anchor I return to — a steadying force that supports both body and mind through the ebb and flow of life.
To me, yoga is so much more than physical movement. It’s a space to pause, turn inward, and reflect. But it also reminds us that we are enough as we are. Through consistent practice, we can soften the overstimulated mind, regulate the nervous system, and return to a place of clarity and calm.
It is about mindful movement not perfection, about moving in a way that feels right for each individual, to become rooted in the strength and confidence of our own body.
My classes focus on grounding breath and present but creative flow. Each practice is an invitation to move in a way that feels comfortable, intuitive, and safe — honouring the unique body and energy you bring to the mat.
Fitness, Step Aerobics & Soccer Coach
As a dedicated *Step and Aerobics Coach*, I lead dynamic group fitness sessions designed to elevate cardiovascular endurance, improve coordination, and enhance overall fitness. Every Monday morning, as well as Monday and Wednesday evenings, I guide clients through high-energy step aerobics classes that combine rhythm, movement, and intensity, creating an engaging workout experience that caters to all fitness levels. My focus is on delivering well-structured, results-driven sessions that help participants achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.
In addition to my work in aerobics, I am passionate about developing young athletes as a *SoccerFit Coach*. I teach the fundamentals of soccer, emphasizing discipline, technique, and physical development. My program is designed to build confidence and improve essential skills such as passing, dribbling, shooting, and tactical awareness. Through targeted exercises in mobility, agility, fitness, and breathing techniques, I help young soccer players enhance their performance, preparing them for success both on and off the field. My goal is to shape the next generation of soccer champs with a strong foundation in the sport and a disciplined mindset.
